Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with mandibular protrusion deformity after medical history, clinical examination, and imaging examinations. 2.Patients are =18 years of age and have no history of temporomandibular joint disorders, trauma, or other craniofacial deformities. 3.After pretreatment communication, patients who agree with using the optimized digital orthognathic surgery software for preoperative virtual surgical plan design and intraoperative condylar positioning device, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Skeletal Class III patients with mandibular protrusion have surgical contraindications such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hematologic diseases, and mental disorders. 2. Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders. 3.Patients refuse to use the condylar positioning device, and only accept using traditional orthognathic surgery software for preoperative virtual surgical plan design. 4.If it is found that the surgical effect after the use of the condylar positioning device is not as expected during the operation, the operation will be completed by traditional surgical methods, and the patient will be automatically discharged.
