33 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for PSD in the 2019 Chinese Expert Consensus; (2) Have normal behavioral cognitive ability and can communicate normally; (3) Mild to moderate stroke patients with NIHSS score <=20; (4) Patients with mild to moderate depression assessed by HAMD scale; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have used (intravenous or oral) antibacterial drugs within the past month; (2) Patients with severe metabolic syndrome; (3) inflammation or lesions of the liver or intestine; (4) Patients with tumor, HIV or unstable vital signs; (5) Unable to cooperate with researchers to complete the whole process
