18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18~65 years; 2. The duration of the operation is at least 1 hour; 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded at Grade I and II; 4. There are no contraindications to anesthetic and methods of this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not sign the informed consent file; 2. Patients with a history of thoracic surgery, pneumothorax, previous pulmonary or heart, liver, kidney, and neurological disorders; 3. abnormal chest x-ray or abnormal pulmonary function before surgery; 4. Patients with a history of respiratory tract infections within two weeks before surgery; 5. Patients with obesity (BMI28kg/m^2).
