Eligibility

Age
25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 25 and 45 years old; 2.Presence of cesarean scar niches indicated by ultrasound or MRI; 3.Ultrasound suggests a residual myometrial thickness of =2.5mm in the niche; 4.Symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding such as prolonged menstrual periods, irregular spotting, with an increase in bleeding time by =5 days per menstrual cycle; 5.No desire for childbirth; 6.Female patients planning to undergo hysteroscopic surgery at our surgery center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of willingness for follow-up. 2.Patients currently participating in other clinical studies. 3.Patients deemed unsuitable for clinical studies by the researchers for other reasons.
