Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading is grades I-III; 3. Patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery with general or spinal anesthesia; 4. Patients are agree to the content of this study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of nevrous system disease such as delirium and dementia before surgery; 2. Having severe cadiac, renal or digestive system diseases; 3. Using prebiotics or probiotics within three months prior to the day of study; 4. Taking antibiotics or glucocorticoids within the week prior to the day of study; 5. Vegetarian; 6. Lack of cooperation or communication ability; 7. Refused to participate in this study;
