Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gastritis group after sterilization (246 cases): (1) Age>= 60 years; (2) Meet the requirements of Hp sterilization, that is, meet one of the following two requirements: a. Have a history of Hp sterilization in the past, and at least one of the carbon 13/14 breath test and endoscopic Hp rapid urease test is negative; b No previous history of Hp sterilization, the manifestations of Hp previous infection (including xanthomas, geographic redness, atrophic changes) can be seen under endoscopy, and at least one of the carbon-13/14 breath test and endoscopic Hp rapid urease test is negative, that is, natural sterilization.; (3) No communication difficulties, can cooperate with the completion of questionnaires, blood tests and gastroscopy. 2.Early gastric cancer group after sterilization (123 cases): (1) Age>=60 years; (2) Meet the requirements of Hp sterilization, that is, meet one of the following two requirements: a. Have a history of Hp sterilization in the past, and at least one of the carbon 13/14 breath test and endoscopic Hp rapid urease test is negative; b No previous history of Hp sterilization, the manifestations of Hp previous infection (including xanthomas, geographic redness, atrophic changes) can be seen under endoscopy, and at least one of the carbon-13/14 breath test and endoscopic Hp rapid urease test is negative, that is, natural sterilization; (3) Early gastric cancer lesions found by gastroscopy: pathologically confirmed as high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or intramucosal carcinoma, and the lesions were only confined to the gastric mucosal layer or submucosa, regardless of lymph node metastasis; (4) No communication difficulties, can cooperate with the completion of questionnaires, blood tests and gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffered from mental symptomdrug addictionserious cognitive disorder, cannot cooperate with the examination; 2.Suffered from serious organ failure.
