Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? In accordance with the LSIL diagnostic criteria in the ninth edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology ? in patients with the same HR-HPV positive results for two cervical HPV tests more than six months apart ? the cervical squamo-column junction is completely visible under colposcopy; To be a type I transformation area ? must have TCT, HPV, HPV E6/E7 mRNA and pathological results ? voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent letter
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The colposcopy is not satisfied, or the cervix is II, III conversion area ? patients with acute genital tract inflammation and gonorrhea or non-gonococcal urethritis ? patients with unexplained vaginal bleeding ? patients with serious psycho-physical diseases are not suitable for this treatment ? patients with poor treatment compliance ? women in pregnancy or breastfeeding; ? People with HIV infection ? cervical cancer and high-grade cervical lesions ? are allergic to interferon preparations.
