18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ARDS patients who meet ESICM criteria and require invasive mechanical ventilation; 2. Diagnosis of ARDS within 3 days; 3. All accept deep sedation; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age85 years old; 2. Patients with hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure30mmHg) or active bleeding; 3. Pregnancy; 4. Any factors that are contraindicated in the application of chest wall weight (rib fractures, burns, severe chest or abdominal deformities); 5. Patients who have undergone bone marrow transplantation or lung transplantation before; 6. There are contraindications for the use of EIT, such as implantation of pacemakers, implantation of automatic defibrillators in the body, and extensive damage to the chest skin.
