Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3 for sleep disorders; ?Not having received any treatment that could affect the trial prior to enrollment; ?Voluntarily signing the informed consent to receive treatment and adhere to it for 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women with insomnia caused by physical diseases, other mental disorders, or psychoactive substance dependence; ?Injury or insufficiency of other vital organs; ?Taking drugs or undergoing physical therapy during pregnancy that could affect the test.
