Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) At least 3 years of systematic training experience; (2)No blood flow restriction training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous use of steroids or other hormone-altering drugs in the past 6 months; (2) Present with cardiovascular disease or other health problems and not suitable for flow restriction training.
