Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for IS; 2. Age 10-18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Scoliosis due to congenital, postural, neuromuscular or other diseases (e.g. neurofibromatosis, Marfan syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta, metabolic or endocrine diseases, etc.); 2.Patients with psychiatric or rheumatic disorders; 3.Patients with cognitive deficiencies that prevent them from understanding and cooperating with the treatment program; 4.Patients with contraindications to exercise who cannot tolerate exercise therapy; 5.Patients with poor treatment compliance or refusal of treatment; 6. Patients with a history of rehabilitation therapy or surgery before the first visit; 7. Patients with parietal vertebrae at T7 and above, or patients with mature bones.
