Interventions

NSN group:After performing normal sleep (8 hours), PLN was performed the next day and PTN in the afternoon
PLN+PTN group:PSD (4 hours) followed by PLN after lunch and PTN in the afternoon
PLN group:After PSD, PLN only the next day
PTN group:After PSD, the next day was PTN in the afternoon only.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men's Wushu Sanshou athlete, national level athlete and above. (2) Participants were in good health, free of injuries, maintained a normal diet, and were non-smokers. (3) Participants were screened using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale. (4) Subjects had no sleep disorders or napping habits. (5) The subjects had a regular routine, with an average sleep time of about 8 hours per night, and no bad habits such as alcohol abuse or staying up late. (6) The subject has not used drugs or supplements that affect physical performance in the past six months. (7) Participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The subject has any chronic disease that affects the outcome of the experiment, such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. (2) The subject has a history of major surgery or serious sports injury within the last six months. (3) Subjects with poor compliance, inability to ensure participation in all tests and training as required during the experiment, incomplete data collection. (4) Subjects who are unable to complete the entire experiment and whose data are incomplete.
