18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA ? or ? grade; 2) Aged 18 -65 years; 3) Elective abdominal surgery under total intravenous anesthesia is expected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)MAP>120mmHg before anesthesia induction 2)Any previous history of neck surgery or trauma 3)Severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade > A) 4)Patients with renal insufficiency (Scr>177umol/L) 5)Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (NYHA>2, implantable pacemaker or cardioverter) 6)Patients with oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers 7)Pregnant or lactating women 8)Lateral, prone operations 9)Unclear ultrasound images 10)BMI>30 kg/m2 < 15 kg/m2
