Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. First onset, stable vital signs, normal cognitive ability, normal communication ability; 3. The course of the disease is 3-6 months, in the recovery period, age 18-80 years old; 4. Unilateral limb dysfunction, active flexion and extension of the wrist, grade 3 and above in the main muscle groups of the upper limb, Brunnstrom stage III and above in the upper limb and hand; 5. Patients and their families gave informed consent and signed informed consent. Meanwhile, this study was reviewed and approved by the hospital Ethics Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous motor dysfunction disease; 2. Obvious cognitive, language, or communication difficulties can not understand and cooperate with the experimenter; 3. The wrist joint movement is too small or the muscle tension is too high to complete the assessment.
