Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DM was diagnosed based on the criteria of Bohan and Peter12 and CADM diagnosis followed the modified Sontheimer definition; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Participants or guardians are fully aware of the trial and are willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women and children (less than 18 years of age); 2. Patients who are allergic to the contrast agent; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders or claustrophobia; 4. Subjects who are unwilling or unable to complete the study or who are, in the opinion of the investigator, unsuitable for participation in this study.
