Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Patients who plan to undergo endoscopy due to upper/lower gastrointestinal symptoms; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart disease or severe respiratory disease; 2. Suspected shock, peritonitis, esophageal, gastrointestinal perforation; 3. Those who are or have a history of taking coagulant disorders and severe anemia (blood routine hemoglobin < 50g/L); 4. People allergic to sodium fluorescein; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate general intravenous anesthesia for lower and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with the examination; 8.Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 30 days; 9. The researcher considers that others are not suitable to participate in this researcher.
