Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who underwent ultrasonography with ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy of lymph nodes at Ruijin Hospital from June 2022 to December 2028

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic diagnosis is unclear or complicated with other disturbing pathologic backgrounds, such as concurrent indolent lymphoma or transformed indolent lymphomas; 2. Specialized types of DLBCL: DLBCL originating in the central nervous system, mediastinum, stomach, the testes, or leg DLBCL; 3. Patients with incomplete ultrasound images, clinical data or genetic information;
