Self-controlled trial group:Implant CRT,adjuste the pacemaker parameters to achieve optimal atrial electrical synchrony, electromechanical delay, and improvement left ventricular hemodynamics.

18 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject must be at least 18 years old, have chronic heart failure, be on guideline-directed medication, be classified as NYHA II-IV, have a sinus rhythm, a QRS duration of at least 130ms, and an LVEF of less than or equal to 35%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Second-degree, third-degree, complete atrioventricular block (2) ACS occurred within the past three months (3) currently pregnant or breastfeeding (4) expected survival with other diseases =1 year (5) currently participating in other clinical studies that may affect the results of this study (6) currently experiencing complications from CIED (such as wound infection, hematoma, electrode breakage)
