Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for AIDS, and following the diagnostic criteria in "China AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" (2021 Edition); 2.Age: 18 - 65 years old, with language communication skills; 3.Clear consciousness and no history of mental illness; 4.Those who received surgical treatment within 7 days after admission; 5.Those who signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with critical illness or severe complications; 2.Illegally detained personnel; 3.Those with severe cognitive dysfunction and unable to cooperate; 4.Those with a hospital stay of less than 10 days;
