18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.Adults diagnosed with invasive breast cancer for the first time and completed radical mastectomy; 3.Evaluated by breast surgeons and physical therapist as suitable for the program; 4.Educational background of elementary school and above; 5.Ability to use a smart phone to access the internet; 6.Voluntary participation in research after informed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from cognitive impairment or visual impairment; 2. A history of malignant tumors other than primary breast cancer combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, neurological, metabolic, hematopoietic and other serious underlying diseases; 3. Patients with bone and joint diseases affecting daily physical activity; 4. Patients with advanced or recurrent breast cancer.
