Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old 2. FRAIL frailty assessment scale >= 3 points 3. ASA Level III-IV 4. Three word recall test>2 points 5.Patients undergoing elective noncardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe visual, auditory, and olfactory impairments 2. Consciousness disorders, dementia, and psychological disorders 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment, with poor compliance predicted 4. Patients who are also participating in other clinical trials 5. Anyone deemed unsuitable by the researchers for other reasons to participate in this experiment
