Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.There is a clear diagnosis of stroke patients; 2.First onset, with a course of more than 3 months; 3.Fugl Meyer motor function score confirms motor dysfunction; 4.Age range: 18-70 years old, male or female not limited; 5.No cognitive or communication impairments, with a score of 23 or above on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE); 6.Capable of walking independently or with assistive devices for more than 10 meters;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2.Diagnosed with mental illness, severe depression (with suicidal tendencies) or epilepsy, and individuals with a family history of mental illness or epilepsy; 3.Apart from death, suffering from other neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease; 4.There are serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and uremia; 5.Bone and joint system injuries or diseases that affect balanced walking function, such as severe joint contractures, recent fractures of the trunk or lower limbs, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, etc; 6.Suffering from any cause that leads to consciousness disorders; 7.According to safety guidelines, there are contraindications for TMS magnetic stimulation, such as the presence of metal foreign objects or other implanted electronic devices in the body; 8.Hearing or visual defects may affect assessment and treatment; 9.Drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex (such as antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.);
