Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) between the ages of 18 and 65, right-handed; (3) can cooperate with the completion of the evaluation of indicators; (4)VAS score =4 points; (4) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Imaging examination indicated bone tuberculosis, tumor, infection, etc.; (2) pregnant and lactating women; (3) Patients with serious organic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) There is local skin damage or serious skin infection; (5) People with mental and nervous system diseases who are unable to communicate normally; (6) people with moderate or above symptoms of depression and anxiety; (7) There are contraindications for magnetic resonance examination, such as metal in the body (pacemaker, denture, metal internal fixation materials, etc.), claustrophobia, etc.; (8) Those who have received acupuncture or other conservative treatment in the past month or are participating in other clinical trials
