18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A clear history of cervical spine injury; (2) Clinical symptoms, physical examination findings, and auxiliary examination results that meet the criteria for spinal cord injury (SCI); (3) Admitted within 72 hours after trauma; (4) Complete medical records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with non-traumatic cervical spinal cord injury; (2) Severe cranial traumatic injury combined with cervical spinal cord injury; (3) Tracheostomy performed before admission; (4) Death within 24 hours of admission or family members opting out of treatment; (5) Incomplete medical records of the patient; (6) Patients with altered mental status unable to cooperate for testing; (7) Patients with maxillofacial injuries unable to cooperate for testing.
