Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Incorporate criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old. 2. Diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension due to lung disease, with specific diagnostic criteria: (1) Confirmed by right heart catheterization, mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) >= 25 mmHg. (2) Pulmonary artery wedge pressure (PAWP) <= 15 mmHg. (3) Clear history of lung disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or interstitial lung disease (ILD). 3. Agree to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or other life-threatening complications. 3. Recently (within the past 3 months) received unapproved new drug treatments. 4. Known allergy to atorvastatin calcium tablets. 5. Patients taking cyclosporine, gemfibrozil, clarithromycin, antiviral drugs, macrolide antibiotics, or antifungal drugs. 6. Patients with low blood lipid levels (LDL < 1.0 mmol/L). 7. Poor compliance or inability to complete study follow-up on time. 8. Pulmonary arterial hypertension caused by other reasons.
