18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification II-III; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.BMI:18.5-25; 4. Liver insufficiency is defined by Child-Pugh classification: patients with mild to moderate liver dysfunction. 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with dysfunction of heart, lung and other important organs; 2. Patients with abnormal sleep, mental diseases, or a history of taking sedative and psychotropic drugs in the past 6 months; 3. Patients who are allergic to benzodiazepines; 4. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism in the past; 5. Patients with abnormal renal function 6. Patients judged unsuitable by other researchers.
