Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for patients with critical illness: ICU days = 8 days and meets at least one of the following clinical characteristics, including: PMV; Tracheotomy; Sepsis or other serious infections; Severe trauma; Multiple organ failure, cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage, or traumatic brain injury; 2.Age = 18 years old; 3.Complete medical records and cooperation with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of diabetes and other endocrine diseases of nutrition and metabolism; 2. Patients with digestive system diseases and a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3.Patients with malignant tumors; 4.Individuals with severe organic lesions in the past.
