Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome(LS) or familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), which are the 2 most common HCRC types; 2.Diagnosed with HCRC for one year or more, and have completed treatments such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.Age>=18 years old; 4. Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the answer due to mental illness or consciousness disorder; 2. Patients with other serious physical diseases that are unable to receive routine monitoring programs.
