Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: WMT volunteers who passed the "Nanjing Consensus on the Methodology of Washing Microbiota Transplantation" on donor screening criteria. The details are as follows: (1) Basic information: (1) Gender is not limited, adults under the age of 60 (preferably under 28 years old), body mass index (BMI) within the normal range (18-24 kg/m2); (2) Past medical history: no gastrointestinal discomfort in the past 2 weeks, no history of antibiotics, antacids, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs, blood transfusions, etc. in the past 3 months, no chronic pain symptoms, no history of digestive system surgery, no history of infectious diseases and contact with infectious diseases, no history of allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system or psychiatric diseases, and no history of malignant tumors; (3) Personal history: regular work and rest, healthy diet, no bad sexual intercourse, no smoking, drinking, drug abuse and other hobbies, no drug addiction, no tattoo or serious skin damage in the past 6 months, no history of travel and residence in tropical areas and epidemic areas in the past 6 months; (4) Family history: no history of gastrointestinal lesions, no history of malignant tumors, and no history of infectious diseases in the first and second degree relatives; (5) Others: non-pregnant. (2) Psychological assessment: mainly dependent on scale completion. The scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were normal (SDS and SAS scores were below 50 points). (3) Laboratory indicators: (1) hematological testing; (2) stool testing; (3) Others: normal urine routine, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, abdominal B ultrasound, negative Helicobacter pylori breath test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those whose age and BMI do not meet the requirements; (2) Have a history of bad sexual intercourse, smoking, drinking, drug abuse and other hobbies, and have received tattoos or serious skin damage in the past 6 months; (3) Gastrointestinal discomfort in the past 2 weeks, history of use of antibiotics, antacids, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs, blood transfusion, etc. in the past 3 months, history of gastrointestinal lesions, history of malignant tumors, history of infectious diseases, etc.; (4) Those with abnormal indicators in any of the above laboratory examinations.
