Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with sepsis related AKI during hospitalization, renal function suddenly declines within 48 hours, absolute serum creatinine increases by = 26.5 µ moI/L, or serum creatinine increases by = 50% from baseline within 7 days, or urine output decreases to<0.5ml/(kg · h), with symptoms lasting = 6 hours; (2) Newly developed arrhythmias during hospitalization, including sinus and non sinus, tachyarrhythmia, and bradycardia; (3) No history of renal dysfunction, no history of heart disease, and no oral antiarrhythmic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with combined bilateral kidney and ureteral stones; (2) AKI symptoms appear within 48 hours after major surgery; (3) History of renal dysfunction in the past; (4) Previous history of heart disease; (5) Oral antiarrhythmic drugs; (6) Abandoning treatment during hospitalization and being automatically discharged; (7) Incomplete clinical data;
