Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 18 years old; 2. Endoscopically confirmed presence of GV; 3. Abdominal CTA or EUS showing the presence of portosystemic shunt, and the narrowest diameter =5mm; 4. Those who have not undergone endoscopic treatment before; 5. The hospital ethics committee approved the content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age< 18 years old; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, hepatic encephalopathy and multiple organ failure; 3. Those who have had esophageal or gastric surgery in the past.
