Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age >= 65 years, ASA I ~ III, elective laparoscopic surgery, and estimated operation time > 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or their families refused to participate in this study and refused to determine B-type natriuretic peptide.
