Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least 30 adult male subjects with normal blood pressure, whose health status was confirmed by routine hospital examination prior to participation in the study, and who had not previously participated in systematic exercise training, were selected for the study. Those aged 20-40 years volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those over 40 years old. (2) Patients with hypertension. (3) Individuals with lower limb injuries who are unable to complete rapid movement requirements. (4) Those who have stroke, serious heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular diseases, and are unable to participate in physical activities. (5) Individuals with irregular heart rhythm, equipped with rhythm regulators, and severe cardiovascular diseases. (6) People with epilepsy and rheumatoid arthritis. (7) Artificial joint implantation in the past six months and recent surgery. (8) Those who engage in intense exercise or experience muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment. (9) Individuals who experience physical discomfort due to other reasons during the experiment. (10) Obese individuals with a BMI>30 and subjects weighing over 100 kilograms.
