Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The participants have performed bone marrow smear analysis as routine examination from January 2019 to October, 2024. 2.Inclusion Criteria of NB: The participant newly diagnosed with NB (0-18years). The diagnosis completed by experienced pathologist in bone marrow biopsy and/or bone marrow cytology of aspiration smear, or characteristic NB cells with CD45-/CD56+/CD81+/GD2+ phenotype detected by flow cytometry, combined with elevated level of VMA and NSE. 3.Inclusion criteria of thrombocytopenia: The participant newly diagnosed with primary thrombocytopenia in children (0-18years) according to the Standard for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia in Children" (2019 edition);Platelet count < 100×109/L and no obvious abnormality in the routine morphology examination of peripheral blood. 4.Inclusion criteria of acute leukemia: The participant newly diagnosed with acute leukemia (0-60 years), the proportion of blasts increased in bone marrow biopsy or aspiration (blast ? 20%), or recurrent genetic abnormalities (blasts < 20%), monoclonal cells identified by immunophenotyping, the diagnosis and classification of acute leukemia according to the "5th Edition Classification of Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Tissue Tumors" issued by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The participant was excluded due to incomplete medical records or non-representative specimens, such as unclear or faded Wright-Giemsa staining of bone marrow smear. 2.Exclusion criteria of NB: The participant with concurrent diagnosis of other malignancies. The participant with NB who has previously received chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. 3.Exclusion criteria of thrombocytopenia: The secondary thrombocytopenia, such as autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, lymphoproliferative diseases, myelodysplastic syndromes, aplastic anemia, tumor infiltration, chronic liver diseases, hypersplenism; drug-induced thrombocytopenia; congenital thrombocytopenia and pseudo thrombocytopenia. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria. 4.Exclusion criteria of acute leukemia: The participant with concurrent diagnosis of other malignancies.
