Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older. (2) Has completed echocardiographic examination with complete data. (3) The electronic medical records contain a definitive diagnosis of hypertension in the medical history, current illness history, or disease progression records (including patients who have experienced stroke events during the course of hypertension and those who have not).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged under 18 years. (2) Has not undergone echocardiographic examination or has incomplete data retention. (3) Patients with gestational hypertension or white coat hypertension. (4) Patients with primary diseases that cause structural changes in the heart, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, myocardial amyloidosis, or other congenital heart diseases. (5) Patients with congenital intracranial vascular diseases, such as intracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, or congenital vascular stenosis. (6) Patients with cranial vascular injury due to trauma, brain surgery, or puncture procedures. (7) Patients who have had a stroke prior to developing hypertension;
