Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single live birth in late pregnancy, delivered vaginally; 2. Complete clinical data; Good sampling compliance; 3. No antibiotics were used in the month prior to sampling; Did not take probiotic preparations 2 weeks before sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes; 2. Within the past month of enrollment, there has been a history of diarrhea or chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Co infection within one month prior to sampling; 4. Merge serious internal and external diseases; 5. If any of the above conditions exist in multiple pregnancies, they should be ruled out
