18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be between the ages of 18 and 65; (2) Patients with ASA grade I-III elective thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia and intraoperative single-lung ventilation; (3) During the study period, if the same patient underwent multiple surgeries, only the first operation was included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Acute illness and refusal to participate in the study; (2)Cognitive, language, and hearing dysfunction and inability to communicate; (3) Those who were sent to the ICU after surgery; (4) Patients with a BMI > 30; (5) Intraoperative rescuers; (6) Patients with anemia; (7) Patients with a history of drug abuse before surgery; (8) Patients with contraindications or history of allergies to the drugs involved in this trial; (9) People with incomplete preoperative or postoperative clinical data; (10) Patients taking sleeping pills within one month after surgery.
