Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? patients aged 18 ~ 65 years old for elective surgery. BMI 18-30 kg/m2. ? Patients with ASA Grade I to III ? operation time 1 to 5 hours, clear consciousness, and able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? serious abnormal heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung function or diabetes, neuropathy; ? Patients who have taken antidepressants, sedatives, analgesics or beta-blockers in the last 6 months ? There is a serious risk of hypertension or increased intracranial pressure ? large children; ?BMI=30kg/m2; ?BMI=40kg/m2; ? Tracheotomy; ? Patients who use other methods of analgesia; Untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism
