Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the ACR diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis: knee pain and at least three of the following: 1. = 50 years of age, 2. morning stiffness = 30 minutes or no morning stiffness, 3. knee friction, 4. joint swelling, 5. bony tenderness, 6. no significant increase in skin temperature

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years old; 2. Symptomatic knee joint has undergone joint replacement surgery or is scheduled to undergo joint replacement; 3. Knee surgery within the past 6 months or planned joint surgery within the subsequent 9 months; 4. Received knee pain treatment or participated in strengthening exercise programs in the past 6 months; 5. WOMAC functional score <12, pain < 4; 6. Inability to give informed consent; 7. Have a terminal illness or mental illness; 8. Have a neurological disease (such as stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, motor neuron disease, muscular dystrophy or Huntington's disease); 9. Have inflammatory joint disease (rheumatoid arthritis, gout or calcium pyrophosphate deposition); 10. Unstable heart condition or high blood pressure fluctuating too quickly; 11. Have deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.
