Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40 ~ 75 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Diagnosed with knee arthritis by clinical and radiological examination, KL grade is grade I.~II.; (3) Be able to understand research and be able to communicate normally; (4) Have a high degree of cooperation with the study and are willing to participate in non-interventional research; (5) The patient's living situation is relatively stable, and there is no plan to move out of the current address within five years; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Occurrence of secondary diseases, definite autoimmune, infectious or neoplastic diseases, etc.; (2) Pregnant women, mental illness, etc.; (3) Patients with cardiac function below grade III., acute stroke, and post-stroke limb paralysis; (4) Secondary osteoarthritis, long-term bed rest, knee surgery, inflammatory joint diseases; (5) Long-term use of hormone drugs and other drugs that affect metabolism; (6) The body has artificial materials such as joints, stents, or pacemakers, etc., and implants.
