18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recipients aged 18 and above who have undergone allogeneic kidney transplantation and are scheduled to undergo ultrasound-guided biopsy of the transplanted kidney.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to transplant kidney biopsy; 2.Loss of function in the transplant kidney; 3.Transplant renal vein pathology, such as thrombosis; 4.Thrombophilia; 5.History of organ transplant other than the kidney; 6.Excessive obesity that complicates biopsy; 7.Active systemic infection requiring antibiotic treatment; 8.Malignancy or history of malignancy within the past five years; 9.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 10.Ptients deemed by investigators to have poor compliance.
