Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-50 years old; (2)Body mass index >=40kg/m2; (3)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I - III; (4)NYHA cardiac function grade I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with a history of central nervous system or respiratory disease; (2)Patients with a history of severe abnormal liver and kidney function; (3) Patients with a history of neuromuscular disease; (4) Perioperative use of drugs known to interact with rocuronium bromide; (5) Patients who cannot cooperate or refuse to sign informed consent.
