Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: All preschoolers (aged 3–6) who are opted-in by a parent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion: Children who cannot engage in light physical activity due to medical reasons. Participating children’s parents who do not agree to sign informed consent will be excluded.
