Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The course of the disease is within 6 months; 2. 45 years old = 27 points, able to understand therapist or instrument instructions, and able to complete required actions;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age who wear pacemakers, have metal implants or other metal implants inside the body, or have skull defects, epilepsy, pregnancy, lactation, or have not taken reliable contraceptive measures; 2. Neurological diseases other than cerebral stroke, such as peripheral vestibular system diseases, subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord, peripheral nervous system diseases, central nervous system demyelinating diseases, etc; 3. Severe skeletal muscle system problems affecting exercise training; 4. Severe visual (neglected by the affected side) and cognitive impairment; 5. Cerebellar stroke; 6. Patients who have recently participated in other clinical trials; 7. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
