Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria 300.02 (F41.1) for GAD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5); 2. The first seizure, and have not received systematic medication and psychotherapy; 3. HAMA score >= 14 points; 4. Age 18-65 years old; 5. Be able to understand and complete all aspects of treatment, and have no language communication barrier; 6.Enrollment criteria for the healthy control group: healthy subjects matched 1:1 according to age, gender, and educational level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been or are currently diagnosed with the following mental disorders by DSM-5: organic mental disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, other types of anxiety disorders; 2. Alcohol and drug dependence in the past 12 months; 3. Those with severe suicidal tendencies; 4. Suffering from a serious or unstable physical illness; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
