Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)The diagnostic criteria for patients with depression meet the diagnostic criteria of the United States Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). 2)Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score (HAMD-24) > 24 points. 3)Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for non-suicidal self-injury (5 self-injuries in the past 12 months= and 1 self-injury >= in the past 2 weeks. 4)Age 12-18 years old (including 12 years old, 18 years old), gender is not limited. 5)Patient and guardian give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Informed consent of the patient and guardian and signing of the informed consent form. 2) Severe cerebral organic diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc. 3) Those with metal implants, such as pacemakers, artificial valves, and other TMS contraindications. 4) Received MECT within the past 12 months or rTMS in the past 3 months. 5) History of suicide attempt or suicide attempt in the past 24 months. 6) Left hand.
