Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Subject's voluntary and signed informed consent for this test; (b) age >60 years; (c) ASA classification ?-?; (d) Orthopedic surgery is required under general anesthesia and is expected to take >=1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Preoperative history of cognitive impairment, mental and neurological diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, severe visual and hearing impairment; (b) recent use of neuropsychiatric drugs; (c) The last hemoglobin before surgery was less than 90g/L; (d) Skin infections or defects at the monitoring site affecting the monitoring.
