Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 depression; (2) Voluntarily agree to participate in the project and sign the informed consent; (3) Students in the first to second year of university.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with visual and hearing impairment; (2) severe depression who cannot cooperate with treatment; (3) Internship students.
