Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients requiring laparoscopic cholecystectomy under elective general anesthesia; (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) ASA classification: I-II level; (4) BMI: 18-30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Emergency operation patients; (4) Patients with nausea and vomiting within 24 hours before surgery; (5) Patients unable to complete the assessment scale; (6) Do not sign the consent, do not want to participate; (7) Those who cannot obtain complete data and quit midway; (8) Patients who had used antiemetics within 24 hours before surgery; (9) Patients with high risk of postoperative nausea and vomiting; (Apfel score has 4 risk factors)
