Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent surgical treatment at the General Surgery Sub-centre of Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University (BFHCMU); 2.Patient age >= 18 years; 3.Diabetes; 4.According to the global guidelines for surgical site infections issued by WHO in 2016, postoperative diagnosis of incisional infection; 5.Written informed consent signed by patient or family;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency operation; 2.Preoperative malnutrition; 3.Received pre-operative treatment such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted or immunotherapy;
